Primary Responsibilities:

Complete credit investigations for received credit applications at or above dealer service levels.
Conduct both inbound and outbound phone calls with credit applicants.
Verify the following via phone calls and credit investigation tools:
Proof of residence
Proof of income
Phone numbers
Initial fraud alerts
Extended fraud alerts
Active-duty military fraud alerts
Submit SSA-89 forms when necessary.
Respond to additional credit investigation requests from Credit Analysts.
Follow established policies and procedures using SRM Knowledge and FOPP.
Maintain professional communication with applicants, including when leaving messages.
Compile and analyze information gathered during the credit investigation process.
Obtain credit information from various sources, including banks and credit bureaus.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.
Phone-based experience, such as collections or customer service, is highly preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in PC use with typing speed of 25-30 WPM.
Ability to work independently while adhering to company policies and procedures.
