About the role:
  • We seek a proactive Project Analyst, that can manage operational needs for existing Workforce Management Solution migration from WFC to WFM.
  • Onboarding vendor resources/Access management
  • Budget Tracking
  • Complex IT Meeting management
  • Monitoring of forecasts vs actuals
  • Support various Agile activities and events
  • Provide general support to team
  • Adheres to Regulatory compliance and all Client standards as applicable
 
Must Have Skills:
  • 5-10 years experience 
  • MS Office with deep experience in PowerPoint and Excel (required)
  • Strong understanding of data and metrics
  • Workforce Management/Workforce Central experience nice to have
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized as it relates to operational excellence
  • Proficient in Jira (plus)
  • Knowledge of program/project Management (plus)
  • Strong working knowledge of technology
  • Understanding of Agile delivery principles (plus)
