Job Description : 

Responsibilities:

• Act as an end-to-end project manager creating detailed project plans and delivering against them
• Manage and coordinate resources within and across organizations with matrix management responsibilities 
• Set and manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders
• Manage a product backlog of Epics/features that need to be delivered 
• Mitigate roadblocks for the technical team, including appropriate escalation
• Contribute to test planning, participate in test case reviews, and make necessary updates
• Work with technical teams to mine data to support test scripts
• Support SIT/UAT testing efforts by addressing defects raised by testers/monitor ALM
• Develop implementation plans, coverage schedules, and arrange validation efforts
• Ensure Change Management deliverables like PTO/PTB/PTS are completed
• Perform technical validation during production installs
• Drive resolution of post-install defects with production support, LOB, and project team
• Provide support for production, including problem analysis, resolution assistance, and tracking
• Contribute to the timely completion of Application Governance & GIS deliverables
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative manner
• Self-motivated and quick learner who can take full ownership of assignments/projects
• Conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities 
• Strong written and oral communication skills 
• Basic working knowledge of JIRA

Education Qualification:

• University degree or college diploma in the field of Business or Technology
• 5-7 years of direct work experience in a project leadership capacity 
• Business Banking domain experience preferred
• Experience working in a SAFe Agile environment
• Understanding of Change Management practices and principles
• Technically competent with Office, Outlook, Project, and Visio
