About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow CMDB & ITOM Specialist with in-depth knowledge of Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ServiceNow Discovery (ITOM), and Hardware Asset Management (HAM). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and a proven track record in designing and implementing effective solutions that support asset management, discovery processes, and the overall ServiceNow platform. This role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive business solutions, implement best practices, and ensure seamless integrations across the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage the ServiceNow CMDB to ensure accurate representation of the IT landscape.
• Maintain the integrity of the CMDB by implementing effective configuration item (CI) data modeling and lifecycle management.
• Ensure all configuration items (CIs) are correctly populated and maintained in the CMDB with accurate relationships.
