About the Role:

• The role involves supporting multiple systems through maintenance, modification, and problem resolution to ensure the ongoing delivery of services.
• The position also includes managing multiple on-boarding tasks and BAU projects simultaneously, as well as coordinating resources across various applications, operations, or projects.
• The individual may provide expertise in determining the strategic technical direction and system architecture for initiatives and provide input on policy issues. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple tasks to fulfill internal and external data channels within established SLAs
• Possess extensive technical or functional knowledge to resolve complex on-boarding technical issues
• Coordinate activities across numerous partnering organizations including enterprise-wide fulfillment teams, Business Technology Groups, application development, architecture teams, Release Management, and Technology Infrastructure Services
• Apply best practices and risk mitigation in the area of expertise
• Hands-on involvement with day-to-day technical details
• Demonstrate strong leadership qualities, people skills, communication skills, and the courage to make decisions
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Collaborative attitude essential for the job

Required Skills:

• Experience with file transfer protocols, Sterling Connect Direct with Secureplus, and other file transfer products (FTPS, SFTP, etc.)
• Experience multitasking and maintaining fulfillment system of record
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (English)
• Ability to interact and provide support to internal and external customers effectively
• Strong teamwork skills among team members and business partners
• Sense of urgency and ownership to accomplish tasks, solve problems, and produce results in a timely and accurate manner
• Knowledge of Network Concepts (Firewall, Proxy, Load Balancing) and Monitoring Tools such as Splunk is a plus
• Knowledge of Swift FIN, Swift FileAct, and AMH would be a strong plus
