Responsibilties:

• Use hands-on technical knowledge to engineer, operate, and support systems and platforms in the lab to deliver solutions to internal customers   
• Break down complex technical problems and solve organizational needs    
• Ensure continuous uptime, stability, and compliance for all lab systems and environments   
• Automate support of on-premises, hybrid, and cloud infrastructures using scripting and infrastructure as code  
• Design and implement security best practices and zero trust principles  
• Collaborate with project managers and development partners for effective delivery, deployment, operation, monitoring, and support 

Required Skills:

• Strong desire to be hands-on daily and provide operational and engineering support 
• Passionate and self-driven to learn new technologies and problem solve  Ability to rapidly acquire new skills and tackle challenges
