• About the Role: We are looking for a Splunk Specialist (consultant) to maintain and optimize the Splunk platform, both infrastructure and configurations. 
• Responsibilities: Maintain and optimize the Splunk platform, both infrastructure and configurations
• Document best practices and SOPs
• Install, update, and troubleshoot SSL certificates.
• Execute new projects and POCs, including Splunk Smartstore implementation or Splunk Cloud migration, ITSI Service Monitoring, Splunk Workload Management, and Splunk Observability evaluation
• Implement recommendations from Splunk Health Assessment, optimize Splunk searches, and ensure stability and performance of the Splunk platform
• Implement automation use cases, with knowledge of Ansible and Python
• Perform Splunk Enterprise upgrades, Splunk ES and ITSI upgrades, App and TA upgrades, and coordinate with infrastructure teams on maintenance and upgrades to the Splunk platform
• Perform data onboarding, review data sources, and optimize input
• Maintain and upgrade Splunk apps and agents
• Develop operational dashboards and write efficient Splunk searches.
• Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
