• Seeking a Business Analyst Lead to collaborate with Securities Operations, Technology, and Transformation teams to deliver detailed business and functional analysis, as well as build specifications for target state design.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with teams to design, map, and implement new operational, risk, and control processes.
• Provide input into functionality changes, automation opportunities, and support UAT activities.
• Perform impact assessments and develop procedures, training, and UAT scenarios.
• Produce management reporting on project status and progress.
• Support the decommission and migration process across operational functions.
• Evaluate the current state of GMO reconciliation and tooling capabilities.

Required Skills:

• Business Analyst or Project Manager experience in Capital Markets / Operations (Middle or Back Office).
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization.
• Experience managing large data sets and presenting insights.
• Strong ability to engage and influence senior and junior staff.
• Undergraduate degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience as a Project Manager at a tier 1 bank.
• Expertise in storytelling through data.
