Responsibilities:

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
• Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted Software Engineering challenges.
• Contribute to resolving complex situations, requiring a solid understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to ensure project deliverables are met effectively.

Must-Have Skills:

• ServiceNow development experience: Proficiency in creating, configuring, and maintaining custom ServiceNow applications.
• CMDB and CSDM fundamentals: In-depth understanding of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Custom app development: Experience in building and deploying custom applications within ServiceNow or related platforms.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with ITIL framework: Familiarity with ITIL processes and how they integrate with ServiceNow.
• Scripting languages: Knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell for custom development and automation.
• Experience with Agile methodologies: Hands-on experience working in Agile environments, including sprint planning and iterative delivery.
