Job Details:
Title: Operations Specialist (Wire Transfer/Accounting)
Location: Riverside, RI 
Duration: 12 months of contract | (Based upon performance, could be possibility of extension or hire) 
Shift: Mon to Fri | Standard Business Hours | Hybrid 
Pay Range: $20/hr to $22/Hr 
 
About Role: 
  • Support: extensive training will be provided before contractor is expected to be on their own.
  • Once on own, support of manager, team lead and subject matter experts.
  • Hybrid Work model. Schedule is Mon-Fri, no weekends.
Daily responsibilities:
  • Foreign Wire Compliance, Processing Foreign & Domestic Wires for Corporate Accounts Payable
  • Regular points of Contact: Team manager & Team Lead
  • No client interaction
  • No project work involved. Contractor will be supporting client's activities as outlined in bullet #1
Required:
  • MS Excel

  • Time Management
Preferred:
  • Accounting / Accounts Payable or Finance experience
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent work
