Job Title: Recruiter I

Job Location: Seattle, WA 98109. Hybrid (3 day's in office, 2 day's at home) Depending on each manager's need of candidates can have set day's in the office.

Job Duration: 4 to 6 Months Contract

Pay Rate: $35.02/hr to $36.02/hr

Job Description:

  • Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers and conducts orientation for new employees.
  • Perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status.
  • It may require a bachelor's degree in an area of specialty and 1-2 years of experience in the recruitment field or in a related area.
  • Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Business group:

  • Peak recruiting season
  • Responsible for all of America’s student recruiting.
  • Mostly within Corporate recruiting. Recruiting efforts is a blend of tech/non-tech.
  • They support all lines of business across world largest E-commerce Client
  • Student hiring (ranging from undergraduate to PHD programs, internships are for their students)

Key projects:

  • Recruiting for the summer FY2025 season.

Reason for this request:

  • As our client continues to grow, their business need for interns and intern talent continues to grow with it.
  • Hire future interns and leaders.

Day to day:

  • Generating and reviewing candidate applications.
  • Fit for the Internship role and opportunity.
  • Monitoring candidate responses within the inbox.
  • Processing offers/onboarding tasks.
  • Team meetings/stand-ups

Interaction level with the team:

  • Weekly team meetings.
  • At times daily syncs.
  • In office work with the team.
  • Virtual/hybrid meetings.
  • SLACK for team/one on one questions.
