About the Role:

• We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in functionality and have extensive experience working with large global organizations.
• This position will be U.S. focused, so experience with large organizations within the U.S. is a priority.
• The selected individual will partner with the team to review processes, recommend best practices, and provide guidance on payroll process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• The selected individual will not be processing payroll but will need to have a deep understanding of underlying processes and how they can be applied at our organization.
• Ask questions and challenge the status quo to drive process improvements.
• Partner with the team to review processes and recommend best practices and industry knowledge.
• Utilize leadership and hands-on experience to provide consultant-style guidance on end-to-end payroll process improvement.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8+ years of applicable experience.

Skill:

• Knowledge of Technology ev6, Workday.
• Experience working with large global organizations within the U.S. 
• Experience providing guidance on payroll best practices.
• Experience speaking with vendors.
  End-to-End payroll processing experience.
