An Excellent Opportunity for “Scrum Master” to work with one of the Largest Global Bank in Charlotte, NC

Job Description:

This Scrum Master will be on the Treasury technology team.
The Treasury Platform is used by investment banking employees for trading, investing, and asset management products and services.
This person will be the spokesperson of the team, protect the team, and drive them to help deliver projects.
This person will act as a scrum master primarily and help out the team with some BA skills as need be.
Key responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing dependencies for the team, providing visibility into team delivery plans and progress, and enabling continuous improvement within the team.
Scrum masters are also responsible for delivery management and oversight support for key projects.

Must Have:

10+ years of IT experience either as a Scrum Master or BA
This will be primarily a scrum master role, while helping out with some BA responsibilities as well
Capital Markets / Treasury Background
Focus on derivatives, bonds, swaps, futures, fixed income, and options
