Job Title: HR Tech Consultant
Location: Minneapolis, MN - hybrid 3 dayz onsite in a week
Duration: 12-24 Month Contract-to-Hire
Interview: One round

Job Description:
We are seeking an HR Tech Consultant to support Payroll and Time/Absence teams during a large-scale restructuring. You will implement and configure Workday and ServiceNow solutions, manage HR systems in a complex global environment, and work in an Agile team using JIRA and Confluence.

Must Haves:

  • Workday implementation (Payroll/Time/Absence)
  • ServiceNow support
  • HR systems in global, regulated environments
  • Agile experience (JIRA, Confluence)

Nice to Haves:

  • Enterprise HR experience
  • Stakeholder collaboration
