  • Proven experience in implementing and configuring Workday, particularly Payroll, Time and Absence management technologies.
  • Strong background in deploying and supporting ServiceNow functionalities.
  • Expertise in managing HR systems within complex, regulated and global environments, including handling multiple system integrations.
  • Effective team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience working within Agile frameworks using JIRA and Confluence.
  • Skilled in interpreting business and technical requirements, translating them into actionable user stories.
