Job Description:

• The team oversees the Merchant Services portfolio, which includes the Healthcare Payment Solutions (HPS) and Merchant Business Software Suite (MBSS) programs within the Enterprise Payments Tech (EPT) division of Global Tech. This team comprises Project Managers, Intake Analysts, Program Managers, Release Managers, Change Coordinators, and Technology Analysts. They ensure that the cost, schedule, and scope across projects and programs are managed as planned by both Technology and Business leadership.
• The ideal candidate is an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing complex end-to-end technology programs and projects. They will manage multiple projects or a major project, requiring 5–7 years of relevant experience. This role involves direct and matrixed responsibilities across all technology organizations and coordination with the LOB Portfolio/Program Manager on the business side to deliver the program/projects successfully.
• The contractor will indirectly manage financials, forecasting, and governance reporting processes, ensuring compliance with program/project standards. Additionally, the candidate will handle release activities, ensuring that all governance and compliance deliverables are completed and accepted for release.

Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end technology for programs and projects.
• Perform project management duties for IT implementations, upgrades, conversions, and recoveries.
• Manage multiple projects or a major project, with both direct and matrixed responsibilities across technology organizations and coordination with the LOB Portfolio/Program Manager on the business side.
• Collaborate with Program and Project Managers and SMEs to develop business requirements for technology solutions.
• Assist with technology estimates and manage technology solutions from inception to full-scale deployment.
• Manage timelines and communicate project status, assuming matrix management responsibility.
• Build positive relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
• Use the right questions and tools to uncover root causes of business challenges, identify opportunities, and make recommendations.
• Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
• Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverables.
• Promote and facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timeline adherence.
• Coordinate and facilitate routines such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.
• Gather and facilitate status updates for deliverables to stakeholders and leadership regarding delivery, risks/issues, and schedules.
• Ensure that execution aligns with deliverable requirements by working closely with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.
• Support resource planning for delivery and execution.

Primary Skill: Project Management

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Payments or Financial Services.
• Familiarity with various project management tools.
• Experience delivering large projects with significant impact across multiple lines of business or departments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Agile experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in merchant services is a plus.
