Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

Pay Range: $30/hr. - $35/hr.

Responsibilities:

  • Debug JavaScript code and find better solutions to custom code
  • Provide excellent customer service in a collaborative environment
  • Provide excellent customer service in a collaborative environmens

Required Skills:

  • Solid object-oriented programming skills in JavaScript
  • Experience with dynamic HTML components such as CSS and XHTML
  • Experience with relational databases such as MySQL
  • Linux and/or UNIX experience

Desired Skills:

  • Deep understanding of Java and JavaScript
  • Working knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform
