About the Role:

• We are looking for a Delivery Lead to support a Salesforce project.
• The Delivery Lead will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering defined deliverables that require engagement from multiple teams.
• This role involves communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing visibility into the health of the deliverables.
• The Delivery Lead ensures that execution and delivery meet the client’s expectations in terms of functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.
• Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
• Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverables.
• Promote and facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timeline.
• Gather and provide status updates for deliverables to stakeholders and leadership regarding delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.
• Ensure execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with sponsors/stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.
• Support resource planning for delivery/execution.

• Administration and Management: Perform as team leader
• Functional: Project Execution/Leadership
• Technical: Technology Delivery Manager/Lead

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, at all levels.
• Ability to interact with business leaders, external vendors, and internal technology groups.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Solid experience in process and release management.
• Ability to work unsupervised and be a self-starter.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
