About the Role:

  • The Lead Specialist is responsible for providing commercial client support functions through telephone or written requests, processing commercial monetary transactions, and maintaining scheduled and non-scheduled loans.
  • This role involves supporting the growth and servicing of the commercial portfolio while delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities: -

  • Administer moderate procedures, analysis, tasks, and reporting for filing, recording, processing, servicing, and organizing documentation associated with commercial products or processes.
  • Review and ensure proper documentation and procedures are used for complex activities, checking the work of less experienced employees.
  • Identify and resolve moderate issues following established guidelines, escalating more complex problems to Senior Specialists or supervisors.
  • Provide service related to billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions, and complaints from customers.
  • Recommend and implement programs to solve complex issues, contribute to workflow or process changes, and develop a strong understanding of specific products or processes.
  • Research requests to a logical conclusion, execute remedial action, and communicate results effectively and timely.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including special tasks and ensuring accurate and timely completion of transactions.

Education Qualification: -

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.

Required Skills: -

  • Basic to moderate understanding of commercial loans and commercial loan servicing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
