  • Position:  Mortgage Servicing Specialist I

  • Location: Fort Worth TX (Onsite)
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (7:00AM  - 4:00 PM)
  • Pay Rate: $17.27 /hour 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract and sort mortgage document packages into collateral and non-collateral files daily
  • Prep documents for scanning by removing staples and post-it notes
  • Handle multitasking and be flexible for cross-training in other areas
  • Perform entry-level production and support functions, including receiving, reconciliation, tracking, imaging, and retrieval of documents
  • Conduct simple research tasks as needed
