Job Title: Project Manager

About the Role: We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Project Manager to lead and drive major projects within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, comfortable working closely with technology executives, and skilled in influencing decisions and escalating issues when necessary to ensure the timely delivery of projects and effective risk mitigation. Key responsibilities include status reporting, issue escalation, risk management, communication, deliverable management, forecasting, and financial tracking.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and business partners, in a matrixed organization to ensure project success.
• Perform data analysis and effectively utilize Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and lookups, to track and report project progress.
• Prepare and deliver compelling PowerPoint presentations to senior leadership, providing clear updates on project status and risk factors.
• Collaborate with local and remote teams, working autonomously in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, fostering collaboration, solving problems, building consensus, and achieving shared objectives.
• Apply knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project execution processes to manage and deliver projects effectively.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Technology or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in project management, with a focus on technology projects.
• Strong critical thinking, project execution, and leadership skills.
• Expertise in data analysis, particularly using MS Excel.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of the banking industry, specifically with experience in large-scale IT programs or projects.
• Technical acumen in project management tools and methodologies.
