Job Description:  

Client: Banking  

Position:  Solutions Engineer 

Duration:  12 months    

Location: Pennington, NJ 

About the Role:  

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Dynatrace solutions

• Create solutions using Dynatrace and deploy them to production 

• Provide optimal performance and visibility into applications and infrastructure

• Interact with internal teams and stakeholders to support technical change management processes 

• Work within standard operating procedures and contribute to their development

• Address business needs proactively and raise exceptional issues as needed 

• Utilize industry standard Service Desk management solutions such as ServiceNow and Jira 

• Experience with client build and management solutions like SCCM, JAMF Autopilot/Intune  

• Contribute as a team member to large corporate projects 

Required Skills:  

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new skills  

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 

• Strong customer-service orientation 

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision  

• Ability to match business requirements to technical solutions  

• Experience with MS Office and project management tools 

• Experience with Dynatrace, Jira, and other relevant technologies
