Duration: 6 Months Contract (Possibility of extension)

Location: Houston, TX 77056

Closer Skills Requirement:

Experience providing escrow services for residential and commercial resale, new construction, and refinance.
Initial closing disclosures, balancing, scheduling, and compiling final closing documents.

Post Closing Requirement:

1-2 years of experience in auditing Mortgage loan documentation and/or submitting documents to the county for recording via an electronic recording platform.
Understanding of mortgage loan documents and the ability to identify recordable documents.
