Job Title:  Senior Loan Solutions Specialist
Client: Banking & Finance
Location: Chesterbrook PA 19087 (Onsite)
Duration: 06 Months (Extension based on performance)
Pay Rate: $30-$35/hr.
 
 
Job Overview:
The Client is seeking a Loan Solutions Specialist to manage client relationships and oversee loan and collateral administration services. This role requires an individual with strong expertise in loan administration, particularly in bi-lateral loans, syndicated loans, loan funds, and direct lending. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and compliance with both internal policies and client service level agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary or secondary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth service delivery and timely resolution of queries or escalations.
  • Service Delivery Oversight: Oversee loan administration service delivery, ensuring high standards, and adherence to SLAs, particularly from the Portugal Loan Solutions team.
  • Operational and Regulatory Processes: Monitor and support the implementation of regulatory and operational procedures, ensuring they align with guidelines. Recommend improvements where necessary.
  • Team Leadership & Support: Provide guidance to junior staff and collaborate with colleagues to enhance service delivery and onboard new business.
  • Client Service Excellence: Ensure all client KPIs and service commitments are met, continuously seeking opportunities to improve the service provided to clients.
  • Project Involvement: Contribute to small-scale projects or specific tasks within larger projects to improve operational support to clients.
  • Process Monitoring & Reporting: Track team performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure effective resource utilization. Escalate any issues impacting service quality.
