About the Role:

• The Veteran Talent Program Lead is a pivotal role designed to enhance military recruiting programs and broaden reach through strategic partnerships and targeted initiatives.
• The focus is on scaling efforts to drive recruitment strategies aligned with Skills-first initiatives, ensuring a robust and diverse pipeline of military talent.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities for the first 3 months include assessing and optimizing current recruitment strategies for external partners, military bases, and transition/veteran centers.
• Creating a strategic framework to scale military recruiting programs with Hiring Our Heroes & DOD SkillBridge.
• Consulting on training plans for new DOD SkillBridge opportunities and supporting related recruitment activities.
• Recruiting for and providing program support for Hiring Our Heroes cohorts.
• Responsibilities for 3-12 months include driving veteran engagement, recruitment, and program support activities related to Skill bridge programs.
• Researching and recommending innovative programs, partnerships, and talent pipelines to enhance military and veteran talent attraction strategies.
• Developing relationships with external vendors, military bases, and transition/veteran centers to promote the company and attract candidates.
• Building candidate pipelines and local networks to ensure a constant flow of qualified candidates.
• Overseeing and driving participation in national military events and recruiting conferences.
• Leveraging data and analytics to inform and adjust strategy, implementation, and partnership delivery against program goals. 

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Military background is a huge plus.
