Title: Corporate Sustainability Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Spread awareness and key benefits of the US Involve Volunteer
• Program to enhance employee experience.
• Oversee the US Volunteer Program Involvement by understanding policies, processes, and procedures.
• Act as the main point of contact for US Volunteer inquiries from colleagues and nonprofit partners.
• Provide employees with volunteer and engagement information to ensure compliance.
• Administer and use the Volunteer Tool for recording projects.
• Manage Involve Team Captains and Co-Captains and oversee newly approved Involve Volunteer Grantees.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders such as US CS Team, CDD Team, HR Leads, DE&I, ERG’s, Climate Action Network, and Communications Team.
• Engage employees in financial inclusion, climate change, and the Your Money Counts Financial Wellness Program.
• Support the Executive Board Placement Program by collecting volunteer service hours and impact from Executives serving as Board Members.
• Assist with Sustainability Events & Education to help drive sustainability goals and objectives.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of Corporate Sustainability and volunteer program management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of CRA requirements and financial inclusion programs.
