About the Role:

The Networking Supply Chain and Commercial Operations (NOSCO) team is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to support the end-to-end supply chain and commercial operations required to meet customer demands.
The role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure optimal material delivery, drive supplier performance improvements, and implement business/process changes.

Responsibilities:

Partner with demand planning, commodity management, and supply operations to ensure on-time and cost-optimized material delivery for capacity turn-ups.
Collaborate with OEM/Tier 2 vendors to improve supplier performance through an Operational Excellence framework.
Independently manage program lifecycles and implement business/process changes.
Contribute to supply chain transformation initiatives and serve as a subject matter expert for Supply Planning related activities.

Education Qualification:

Mandatory: MS/MBA in Supply Chain/Operations
Total years of experience: 4+ years in Supply Chain Management, Program Management, Data Analytics
Specific Tools or Applications experience: MRP systems such as O9, Kinexis
Desired: MS or MBA degree (Engineering background preferred)
