Job Description: 

 

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Support Escalations and work on process improvement
  • Perform routine transactional or customer support tasks
  • Receive direction from a supervisor and escalate questions and issues
  • Interact with client personnel on basic information

Education Qualification:

  • 6+ months of Customer Service, Financial Services, Underwriting, or Quality Assurance support experience
  • Equivalent experience demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education

Required Skills:

  • Customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to follow established procedures
