  • Monitor and manage communications between dealer service department management/technical services, and customers
  • Keep customers informed about the status of each repair and the estimated time to the next repair milestone
  • Determine if a repair situation warrants escalation to dealer
  • Complete specific tasks or activities supporting implementation and administration 
  • Develop specialized skills through job-related training and on-the-job experience
  • Work independently, performing assignments that require judgment and initiative 
  • Identify key issues, make recommendations for solutions, and spot new solutions
  • Act as an informal team leader or resource, coaching and instructing colleagues with less experience
