DayToDay Responsbilities:

• Identify user needs and demonstrate how design decisions support them
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product and engineering
• Confidently explain and rationale your design decisions to stakeholders
• Design successful, user-focused solutions that balance business objectives and user needs and meet accessibility standards
• Plan and facilitate workshops, usability testing, and other research and design activities and clearly communicate key insights
• Contribute alongside UX team as we build our design system and partner with engineering to build UI components

Must Have:

• Product and Visual Design experience
• Experience with Figma, CS Suite (i.e., Photoshop or Illustrator), & other product design tools
• Strong understanding of interaction design
• Acumen in creating stellar visual design
• Background in creating research and design artifacts, such as user personas, journey maps, wireframes/sketches, and prototypes
• Ability to present to Stakeholders
• Experience with building complex multi-persona applications
• A commitment to creating pixel-perfect visual comps paired with detailed interaction specifications that developers can turn into code
• Knowledgeable about agile/lean UX environment
• Experience with design systems
• A portfolio (online or in document form) that speaks to your UX Product Design experience & skills
