Position Details: 

Position: CyberSec Engineer     

Location: Chicago, Denver  

Duration: 12-18 Months (Possibility of Full-Time Conversion)                               

Must Haves: 

• 3+ years of programming experience 
• Network security experience 
• Python experience 
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, C#, C++, R, Ruby, Perl, PHP, etc. 
• TCP/IP knowledge 
• Experience with Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks 
• Cloud security principles and architecture 
• Content Delivery Networks 

Day to day: 

• End-to-end cyber security monitoring and response 
• Developing automation to increase response efficiency 
• Responding to, researching, measuring, detecting, and mitigating security attacks targeting network and application layers 
• Designing and implementing secure solutions to meet customer/client needs while protecting the Bank’s assets 
• Providing subject matter expertise 
• Collaborating with peers and business units in a team-focused environment 
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with overseas partners
