100% Remote - Sr. UX Researcher opportunity with Top Tech Client

Job Title: Senior UX Researcher - IC3

Location: 100% Remote (Santa Clara, CA)

Duration: 4+ months contract (Possibility of conversation/extension) 

Payrate Range - $75 - $84

About the role:

• Plan, lead and execute research to understand the context and needs of employees through qualitative and/or quantitative methodologies, from discovery to implementation for internal platform. 

Must Have Skills:

• At least 5 years of experience leading and conducting research projects on web-based and mobile apps utilizing a variety of methodologies, such as user interviews, usability testing, information architecture, surveys, concept testing, data analysis, statistics, benchmarking, etc.
• Must have very strong communication skills, presentation skills and be a storyteller to visualize technically complex topics and make them easy to understand for all stakeholders.
• Knowledge of accessibility.
• Experience with UserTesting, Qualtrics and OptimalWorkshop to conduct research; and Figma to collaborate with Designers when preparing to conduct research to walk-through prototypes and designs.
• Master’s degree in Cognitive Science, Psychology, Human Computer Interaction, or any other related field.
