Job Title: Software Dev Engineer II- Full Stack Developer (Backend Focus)

Job Location: Bellevue, WA 98004 and New York, NY 10018

Job Duration: 11 Months (Contract to hire)

Pay Rate: $50/hr to $51/hr for WA and $52/hr to $53/hr for NY location

Job Description:

Our client Delivery Choices team is looking for a Software Development Engineer to support the development of software and systems to enhance the shipping incentive system.
Your solutions will impact our customers directly! Primary responsibilities include participation in the design, development, implementation, testing, and documentation of large-scale distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services.
Responsibilities also include working alongside development on client Corporate and Divisional Software projects, updating/enhancing our current software, automation of support processes and documentation of our systems

Candidate Requirements

Job Qualifications: The ideal candidate is interested in a career in software development and is looking to utilize and expand their coding skills and gain exposure to a wide variety of software applications.
They must be detail oriented, have superior verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, are able to work independently and can maintain professionalism under pressure.
Preferred coding skills: Java and AWS technologies. Other desired technical skills include SQL, HTML, UNIX/LINUX. A Computer Science or equivalent technical degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience is required
