Title: Operations Specialist (Accounting/Loans)
Client: Banking
Location: Plano TX, 75024
Duration: 12 months of contract to Hire (Candidates must not require sponsorship now or in the future)
Shift: Mon to Fri | 8 AM to 5 PM
Pay Range: $20/hr to $23/Hr. 

Overview:

  • Provide end-to-end operations support for Asset Based Lending (ABL) clients globally.
  • Manage a portfolio of asset-based loans; process client activities, reconcile accounts, and identify discrepancies.
  • Process loans, collateral, and Tranche loans, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Prepare and verify settlements, and review loan documents.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with risk management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office; able to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience in ABL, commercial credit, or lending.
  • Bachelor’s degree with accounting courses or equivalent experience.
