Job Description:

  • Provide accurate, high quality credentialing practices that comply with regulatory and accreditation agencies, hospital and medical staff bylaws, rules and regulations, and policies and procedures.
  • Continuously strives for best practice and identifies improvement opportunities in the credentialing process and/or other department activities and assists to facilitate change.

Required:

  • Experience with credentialing practices
  • 3-5 years related experience (including 1 year in administrative services or its equivalent)
  • High School Diploma or GED, 2 years of post-High School education (such as business school, community college or equivalent)
