Responsibilities:

  • Develop Python-based software for sales and trading desks
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency in software solutions
  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements
  • Provide 3rd level support for delivered technologies
  • Utilize structured development background (Python)
  • Demonstrate understanding of object-oriented concepts
  • Attend daily scrum meetings

Required:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in Python Development
  • Strong communication skills to interact with sales and trading desks
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science (preferred), engineering, or related field

Preferred:

  • Commodities/Quartz experience is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience in commodity end-of-day or intraday risk
  • Experience with pricing and analytics for commodities derivatives
