Day To Day Responsibilities:

The team is expanding and needs more resources.

 What is the scope of the project?

Providing customer support and assistance in a call center or customer service environment.

What are they going to accomplish on a high level?

Maintaining positive customer relationships, resolving problems, and ensuring that customers have a satisfactory experience with the company's products or services.

Day to day what are the responsibilities?

  • Handling Customer Inquiries: Answering phone calls, emails, or chat messages from customers, and addressing their questions, concerns, or issues.
  • Providing Information: Supplying customers with information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Must-haves/key skills needed 

  • Bilingual (English and French – Quebec specific)
  • 1-3 years call center experience (non- IT, preferably collections / payment)
  • 1-3 years of a client service background
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Financial service knowledge 

Who will they be working with?

Call center team – 12 individuals
