Position: Business Execution Consultant 2 (Content Writer - Learning and Development)
Industry: Banking/Financial Services
Job duration: 18 months (Possible Extension)
Work Location: Shoreview, MN 55126 OR Des Moines, IA 50309 OR Charlotte, NC 28202 (Hybrid - 3 weekdays in office and 2 weekdays remote)
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Pay: $46.56/hour

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, Write, Edit, and Facilitate Learning Content.
Develop engaging content in alignment to the learning plan.
Content type examples include presentations, facilitator guides, reference guides, meeting-in-a-box, video scripts, and knowledge checks.
Partner closely with subject matter experts/contacts for the business to develop content in alignment to the learning plan.
Work with legacy learning materials.

Key Skills:

Strong Writing and Grammar skills.
Advanced skills in MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
Experience writing learning materials.
JIRA.
MS SharePoint.
Experience in creative design, visual layouts, Brand Standards.
Facilitation skills and experience delivering formal training programs to various audiences in a learning and development capacity.
