Job Description

A typical day for a Senior Delivery Lead with an application development background involves overseeing project teams, communicating with stakeholders, resolving issues, ensuring quality, mentoring team members, and driving continuous improvement.

Must Have:

All candidates should have 10+ years of experience with the below
Technology back ground on the application development
Technology delivery lead experience
Team lead experience
C level executive experience with communication skills
Product/program management experience
Experience working with both on and offshore teams
Technical:Deep understanding of software development, programming, cloud platforms, DevOps, and architecture.
Leadership:Team management, stakeholder management, problem-solving, risk management, project management, and decision-making.
Soft:Communication, collaboration, adaptability, negotiation, and time management.
