Job Details:

Title: .Net / Angular Senior Developer

Duration: 12–18-month contract

Location: Hybrid - Chicago, IL OR Richmond, VA

Mission:
Working as a feature lead on various initiative projects for the Global Corporate Security team, this position will involve working closely with the Line of Business in the design & coding new features within the application and integrations with other company's applications. It will also involve reviewing and directing the work of other .NET teammates that are mainly based offshore.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• The application is run through .NET, where it tracks incidents that need to be traced or cause the company’s attention and involvement regarding security—such as a hijacking, natural disaster, robbery, etc.
• This is a crucial application built and running for 3-4 years.
• Business users have changed recently, requiring some new features and enhancements to be made. Thus, they are looking to remodel their vendor products.
• A lot of tuning and security work needs to be done.
• There are 12-15 team members currently but this will grow to 20+ including offshore by end of June.
• The ideal candidate will be a great multi-tasker and good at adapting to new challenges.

Must-Have Skills:

• 9-10 years of experience in the highlighted technologies below.  
• Wants someone who has solid experience in all technologies, (Senior-level resources/ 8-10 years of total experience is ideal)!
• Angular: Currently using v12 on the team but will be moving to v16 by the end of the year. Needing candidates who have v12 + experience!
• .NET core: Currently using v6 on the team but will be moving to v8 very soon. Needing candidates who possess v8 experience!
• SQL Server
• Kendo UI
• C#
• Hangfire is a plus
