Job Title: IT Field Services Operations Technician
Location: Port Neches, TX 77651 - Onsite 
Duration: 12 Months (Extension/ Conversion will be based on performance)
Pay Rate: ($30- $32) hourly.


Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day Operations: Providing on-site and remote IT support for users.
  • Incident Management: Handling and resolving IT service requests and incidents.
  • Local Support: Supporting business applications and infrastructure, including servers, networks, and access control systems.
  • Process Adherence: Following quality management, health and safety guidelines, and legal stipulations.
  • Customer Service: Ensuring high-quality customer service and information accuracy.

Specific Tasks and Skills:

  • Technical Support: Providing remote and deskside support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving incidents.
  • Knowledge Base: Understanding endpoint management, M365 Suite, Windows file sharing, antivirus, VPN, and industrial printers.
  • Communication: Interacting with resolver groups, capturing information, monitoring tickets, and responding promptly.
  • Vendor Management: Managing relationships with third-party suppliers.
  • Network Monitoring: Monitoring network components and addressing outages.
  • Project Involvement: Participating in broader client projects as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Leveraging best practices and frameworks to improve processes.
  • Training: Providing local site training for users.
