JOb TITLE : Transition Specialist

LOCATION: 100% Remote

DURATION: 3 Months Contract ("Possibility of extensions")

Day to day responsibilities:
  • Training before being sent on transitions.
  • Meet face-to-face with external firm Financial Advisors, and partners to transfer customer accounts to company internal programs.
  • First impressions/confidence are very important.
  • Will work through different business channels (brokerage/assets/mortgage).
  • Beta: New Accounts opening program.
  • Can grow from Transition Specialist to Consultant to Team Lead.
  • Must be willing to work and train others.
MUST HAVES:
  • Analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Could be fresh out of college looking for a job – Excited to travel across the USA.
  • Willing to work some holidays/weekends (Not major holidays).
  • MUST have own charge card/credit card for expenses on road.
