Job Title: Production Support Analyst
Duration: 12 months (Possible for extension)

Job Specification:

Day-to-Day:

  • Review logging and troubleshoot application issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis and restore service quickly.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, development, and testing teams.
  • Proactively monitor production environment and manage end-user relationships.
  • Support nights/weekends for on-call coverage and release events.

 

Must Haves:

  • 2+ years of financial application support experience.
  • Experience with Splunk and/or Dynatrace.
  • Strong UNIX/LINUX and Windows server administration skills.
  • Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Cockroach, Redis.
  • Previous use of Remedy and JIRA.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a complex environment.
