Job Description : 

• Motivated self-starter with strong sense of responsibility/positive attitude; detailed oriented, skilled at multitasking.
• Understands communication, knowledge building/learning needs development and implementation.
• Excellent written/oral communication skills are a must, with the ability to communicate and interact at all levels of the organization.
• Comfortable with technology and application / software implementation; able to translate and articulate technical and complex concepts into learning materials for end users.
• Advanced Office skills with ability to both develop and deliver end user content
• Able to deliver in person and virtual training, maintaining focus on end user and customer experience.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop content aligned with the learning plan.
• Work with legacy learning materials and handle new content requests.
• Utilize strong writing and grammar skills, advanced Word and PowerPoint skills, and experience in creative design and visual layouts.
