About the Role: We are seeking an Internal Technology Support Specialist to join our team in Pennington, NJ. This role involves providing basic troubleshooting support for MS applications and proprietary systems to a global user base over the phone. The ideal candidate will have experience with MS Office applications and excellent customer service skills. In-house training will be provided to familiarize the candidate with our systems and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic troubleshooting support for MS applications and proprietary systems via phone
  • Assist users with MS Office application suite usage and troubleshooting - Utilize ticketing systems to track and resolve technology issues
  • Meet or exceed performance targets related to call handling and customer service
  • Utilize multiple resources to determine causes and resolutions of technology problems and incidents Education

Qualification:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Internal Employee Technology Support role - Technical knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Office, and iOS (iPad/iPhone)
  • Experience in a Technology Call Center or Customer Service role is desired

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office application suite - Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot technology issues over the phone
  • Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and iOS (iPad/iPhone)
