Responsibilities: -

  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Follow established guidelines and procedures to address customer needs
  • Utilize knowledge of operational or administrative processes to complete tasks efficiently
  • Identify and implement solutions to non-standard problems
  • Complete various operational or administrative assignments under limited supervision Communicate effectively with other departments and external organizations

Education Qualification: -

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Secondary education, vocational training, or on-the-job training may be required - No degree required

Required Skills: -

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work within established guidelines Knowledge of operational or administrative processes

  • Ability to work under limited supervision
