Title: Delivery Manager

Duration: 03 Months Contract (Possible Extension)  

Location: San Francisco, CA (Open for Remote)

Pay range: $85/hr - $95/hr

• Overseeing Delivery Operations: A Delivery Manager in Logistics holds a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods from origin to destination. 
• Planning and Scheduling: Strategically organizing delivery routes, schedules, and resources to maximize efficiency and minimize delays 
• Coordinating Deliveries: Overseeing the entire delivery process, from pick-up to final drop-off, ensuring all goods arrive on time and in good condition.   
• Tracking and Monitoring: Utilizing technology and logistics systems to track shipments in real-time, proactively addressing any potential issues.   
• Managing Delivery Teams: Leading and motivating a team of drivers and delivery personnel, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.   
• Customer Satisfaction: Communication: Maintaining clear and open communication with customers, providing updates and proactively resolving any concerns. 
• Issue Resolution: Swiftly addressing any delivery-related problems or customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained.
