MUST HAVES: 

  • 2-3 years of true IT project management experience in a technical environment.  
    • They work in a traditional waterfall environment, migrating dozens of healthcare applications - so it's not as straightforward forward, with lots of integrations and complicated processes
    • They use general PM tools like Smartsheet and Plan View for resource capacity
  • Strong core understanding of project management fundamentals
  • Soft skills - Outgoing, strong communicator who's not afraid to speak up. Confident/self-starter personality type, yet still approachable and "extremely respectful"
  • Coming from a healthcare background
