Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English and Spanish)

Location: AUSTIN, TX, 78727

Role: 100% Onsite 

Duration:11 Months  

Client: Healthcare 

Responsibilities: 

  • Respond to phone inquiries from Medicaid clients in a prompt, courteous, and concise manner 
  • Assist with problem resolution as needed 
  • Document all interactions in clear and concise online logs 
  • Transfer callers to other Call Center units when necessary 
  • Meet individual performance standards and metrics 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management 
  • Maintain strict attendance and performance requirements 

Education Qualification: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent 

Required Skills: 

  • Strong communication skills 
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Proficient in English and Spanish
