Responsibilities:

Complete larger and more complex business, operational, and customer support initiatives.
Use technical expertise to resolve escalated issues.
Provide feedback and ideas for process improvement.
Assist staff, managers, and colleagues with operational tasks.
Collaborate with peers and managers to achieve goals.
Interact with internal customers and provide guidance on policies and procedures
